When we set out to design our program we reviewed the programs of our competition. The large independent franchises, the clusters, the networks, captive models. We looked at it all. What we found were:
- They wanted crazy insane franchise fees
- They withheld bonuses from their agents.
- They wanted to control agents with punitive exit strategies.
We set out to do something different. To take the benefits of joining a larger entity and eliminate the shackles being placed on the member agents. There had to be a better way. So we created one.
